Founders Freddy Lee and Antwan Durham bring over 20 years of combined experience in electrical and mechanical design, commissioning, and project management for mission critical and hyperscale data center environments. Their expertise spans every phase, from design and analysis to functional testing and system turnover, ensuring reliability and performance at the highest level.

  • CRAHs, CRACs, chillers, fanwalls, mini-split units, ERVs and VAV systems
  • Mechanical design and project management

BS Mechanical Engineering, Southern Polytechnic State University (now Kennesaw State University). Currently pursuing an MS in Nuclear Engineering.

Both hold engineering degrees from Southern Polytechnic State University (now Kennesaw State University) and lead 2N Mission Critical with a commitment to technical excellence.

A commissioning authority is engaged to provide the owner with an independent, documented verification of the facility.

Principal level involvement

Both founders are directly involved in the projects we commission. The engineers reviewing your submittals and witnessing your tests are the engineers whose names are on the firm.

Independent of design and construction

As a commissioning authority engaged by the owner, we hold no equipment line, no installation arm and no design fee. Findings are reported without a conflict of interest.

Documented at every stage

Each phase produces a record: the commissioning plan, test scripts, issues log, results and the turnover documentation. The documentation is the deliverable.
