Electrical commissioning
Switchgear, generators, ATS, UPS and battery plant, PDUs and busway, protective relaying, load bank testing and black start.
Mechanical commissioning
Chilled water plant, CRAH, CRAC and fanwall, pumps and loops, economizers, containment and airflow, BMS sequence verification.
Controls and integration
BMS and EPMS integration, sequence of operations, alarm and annunciation verification, and the protocols that carry them.
Project management
Commissioning plans, test scripts, issues logs and the turnover package, coordinated across owner, GC and trade contractors.
What the job is.
- You are on live mission critical sites, not writing reports about them.
- You execute the test scripts you helped develop, in front of the owner.
- You travel. Our engineers deploy wherever the project is.
- Both founders develop the training program you come up through.
