What we collect

We collect only what you choose to send us. On the contact form that is your name, email address, phone number, and optionally your company, project type, project phase and your message. On the careers form it is your name, email address, phone number, location, discipline, experience, certifications, travel availability, work authorization status, optionally a LinkedIn address and notes, and your resume if you attach one.

Why we collect it

To answer your inquiry, or to consider your application. Nothing more. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

How it reaches us

Form submissions are delivered to us by email. They are not stored in a database on this website. A resume you attach travels with that email as an attachment.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no advertising tags and no tracking pixels. There is nothing here to opt out of, which is why you have not been asked to accept anything.

Automated abuse prevention

To limit automated submissions, the form records how long the form was open before it was submitted, and the server briefly keeps a count of recent submissions per network address in memory. This is not used to identify you and is not retained.

How long we keep it

Inquiries and applications are kept in our email for as long as they are useful to the conversation or the hiring decision, and are deleted when they are not.

Hosting

This website is hosted by Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel processes the technical request data needed to serve a page, such as an IP address, under its own terms.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to flee@2nmcx.com and we will act on it.

Children

This is a business website. It is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

The content here describes the services we offer and the standards our work is held to. It is general information about our practice. It is not engineering advice, and it should not be relied on in place of a commissioning plan, a design review, or a professional opinion issued for a specific project under a signed agreement.

No engagement is formed here

Sending an inquiry through this site does not create a client relationship or a contract. Scope, fees and terms are agreed in writing before any work begins.

Third party standards and figures

Where this site names an industry standard, cites published market data, or references a certifying body, those materials belong to their publishers and are cited for context. Their appearance here is attribution, not endorsement of us by them, and not a claim of affiliation beyond any membership we state directly.

Credentials

Certifications stated on this site are held by the named individual or firm and can be checked with the issuing body. We do not state a credential we do not hold.

Photography

Photographs on this site are either our own or are licensed for commercial use. They illustrate the kind of environment we work in. Unless a caption says otherwise, they are not photographs of a named client's facility, and no client relationship should be inferred from them.

Client confidentiality

We do not publish the names of our clients or the projects we have commissioned. That is deliberate. Where a project reference is needed for a prequalification, it is provided directly and with the owner's permission.

Where we link out, for example to a certifying body's public directory, we do so to let you verify something. We are not responsible for the content of sites we do not control.

Accessibility

This site is built to meet WCAG 2.1 AA for color contrast, keyboard access and reduced motion, and is tested at desktop and phone widths. If something here is not accessible to you, tell us and we will fix it.
